Confidentiality Agreement
I/We, as a prospective buyer (Buyer) and/or representing buyer’s agent (Agent), hereby agree and understand:

- I/We will keep the information contained in the materials confidential.
- I/We will not approach tenants regarding the sale of the property.
- I/We will not approach neighbors regarding the sale of the property.
- I/We hereby agree not to enter the lot of the property without a showing, and all showings and inspections will be held in conjunction with Seller’s Agent only.
- The Seller(s) reserves the right to reject any offer.
- The Seller reserves the right to alter the offering or remove the property for sale at any time, without explanation or any obligation of any kind to the Buyer or Agent.
- I/We, the Buyer or Agent, request by agreeing to this document that The LIV Group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth (as the Seller’s Agent) present information regarding the property.
- I/We acknowledge that the Seller(s) reserve the right to reject any or all offers for the purchase of the Property.
- I/We understand that the information provided in the website or materials regarding the property were provided by Seller(s) and/or Seller’s Agent to the best of their ability, however, it is up to the Buyer or their Agent to verify such information. The information contained herein has been obtained through sources deemed reliable but cannot be guaranteed as to its accuracy. Buyer must conduct their own due diligence.
- I/We will not distribute the information contained in the electronic format to anyone other than my employees, partners or council.
- I/We shall cause any of its employees or advisors who receive such information to observe the obligations of this Agreement.
- I/We understand that The LIV Group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth is acting on behalf of the Seller as the Seller’s Agent and advisor in connection with the sale and possible conversion of the properties.
- Buyer agrees to disclose, at the signing of this document, the name of their representing Agent if they intend to use one. The LIV Group/Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate will only pay the offered brokerage commission to that representing Agency, the fee for which is disclosed in MLS. If you do not disclose your Agent at the time of signing this document, no fee will be paid by the Seller to an Agent/Agency named later.
- The co-broke must be approved by The LIV Group. In addition, Buyer and Agent are to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller and The LIV Group as agents along with their brokerage Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate against any and all claims, liabilities, damages and costs of defense for a commission, fee or other compensation by any other person, broker, finder, or agent alleging to have dealt with or through us, our affiliates, successors, assigns, nominees and related parties, in connection with the negotiations proposed or actual, transaction involving the properties and us.
- This agreement embodies the full understanding of the parties and may not be changed orally.
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
