Denise Price
Denise Price is a real estate professional, licensed Massachusetts general contractor, and nationally recognized marketing specialist with a passion for architecture, design, and historic homes. A former National Association of REALTORS® Top 30 Under 30 honoree, Denise is known for combining strategic marketing with a deep understanding of property presentation, helping clients maximize value through thoughtful preparation, staging, renovation guidance, and storytelling.
As a member of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, Denise serves buyers, sellers, investors, and developers throughout Greater Boston. Her expertise ranges from luxury homes and historic properties to first-time homebuyers and new construction projects. Outside of real estate, Denise is a paper engineer, illustrator, and author with a lifelong love of history and architecture. She serves on the board of the Movable Book Society and is the creator of the fifteen-time award-winning The Freedom Trail Pop Up Book of Boston, a handcrafted celebration of one of America's most historic cities.
